The Texas Transition and Employment Guide provides youth, young adults, parents and professionals with secondary transition resources to facilitate a young person’s progress towards post-secondary goals to education, employment, and community living. This guide will continually be updated. 

2014 Higher Education Resource Guide for Students with Disabilities

While this guide focuses mainly on attending college, it also touches on other options, such as online training and technical and trade schools. Additional options include job training programs, adult education programs and new transition models for students with disabilities.

Perryton Special Education SSA

This website offers additional information benifical to students and parents thru coordinating efforts with SSA school districts to identify and serve students with disabilities ages 3-21, according to the procedures established by state and federal law.  Some of the services provided include speech, occupational and physical therapy, as well as assessment and educational support.
