Stay informed during an emergency situation
During an emergency situation the district will reach out to families using the information provided to the child’s campus Please contact your child’s campus if uncertain about the info on file and if it is correct. Should any changes be made to your address, phone, cellular or alternate guardian listed please contact the campus office as soon as possible and ask to update your information.
To opt-in to receive text message alerts, individuals may access services provided by “REMIND”. Simply send a text from the phone that is desired to receive the alerts. Please use a separate message for each campus as follows:
Jr High and High School alerts message: @bookerju to 81010.
Elementary alerts send a text to: @kirkseyele to 81010.
Google Play and the Apple App Store both offer a free app that can be downloaded as well.
“REMIND” will also be used fo notify families of inclement weather closings or late starts as well as special activities and events happening.
